The kinetics parameters of activation energy and the pre‐exponential factor can be calculated based on the kinetics equation and integral method. The stress–strain curves of filled materials exhibit considerable nonlinearity and nonobvious yield point, which is in contrast with that of neat epoxy and matrix resins. The neat epoxy mixing with MWCNTs gets an improvement on the toughness and cohesiveness of epoxy system. The micrograph of neat epoxy exhibits the typical smooth and brilliant surface belongs to brittle materials. The fracture process is originated from a small area in the cross‐section. Nevertheless, the fracture surface of filled materials show differential fractographical feature and rougher surface with the MWCNTs added to the epoxy matrix. POLYM. The influence of recycling on the impact damage resistance of recycled carbon fiber‐reinforced polymer (CFRP) composites was investigated using low‐velocity impact and compression after impact (CAI) tests. The relationships among load, force, and time were analyzed to gain insight into the damage characteristics of three types of composite laminate: virgin CF‐reinforced polymer (V‐CFRP), recycled CF‐reinforced polymer (R‐CFRP), and treated recycled CF‐reinforced polymer (TR‐CFRP). Special emphasis was placed on evaluating the extent of damage and the residual mechanical properties as affected by three different fiber surface states. Substantial differences were noted in the shape, area, and damage mode of impact using ultrasonic c‐scanning, photography, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). V‐CFRP indicated significant improvement in impact damage resistance in the form of less damage, higher residual strength, and greater shear failure angle. Damage resistance was improved up to 80% of V‐CFRP by surface cleaning while R‐CFRP is 50% of V‐CFRP. Shear failure angle of 16° was attained from R‐CFRP and it was increased to 24° when the recycled fibers were cleaned. The result of SEM showed that there was less delamination of TR‐CFRP compared with R‐CFRP. This work proves that the low‐velocity impact response of recycled composites can rival that of virgin composites, while providing a basis for future applications of recycled carbon in many fields. 针对动态地形弹坑模型可视化需求,提出一种实时可变地形建模方法。以隐式层次结构建立自适应多分辨率地形模型,结合物理弹坑模型,根据爆炸事件发生位置的不同,实时观测地形的形变效果。为了表现弹坑模型细节,采用全分辨率物理弹坑模型建模方法。根据入射方向和地势特征不同,提出了形变区域扩展算法,确定弹坑最小投影区域范围,在隐式层次结构上定义了活跃点,实现多分辨率地形与弹坑模型的无缝融合。以上方法在多个真实地形数据上进行了实验研究,结合不同地貌实现了基于物理弹坑的形变效果,结果表明形变后的地形模型满足空间连续性,符合虚拟环境对动态地形的仿真要求。 相似文献

循环流化床(CFB)锅炉点火系统主要以风道燃烧器为主。风道燃烧器在实际运行时,燃油着火和燃尽性能不是很理想,会出现火焰贴壁、壁面结焦等现象,因此对CFB锅炉点火系统进行数值模拟研究。针对内蒙古某电厂CFB锅炉风道燃烧器实际燃烧工况,选用非结构化有限元体积网格模型进行数值模拟。通过对点火系统的数值模拟和实测结果比较分析,验证了针对内蒙古某电厂CFB锅炉点火系统进行理论模拟所设置的物理模型和边界条件是符合实际的,理论模拟和实测结果的相对误差在10%范围内,结果较为理想。说明利用FLUENT软件对点火系统内温度场及压力场的情况进行模拟分析是可行的,对同类电厂具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

Peanut protein isolate (PPI) was extracted by alkali dissolution and acid precipitation from defatted peanut flour. The effects of extraction conditions on the denaturation and functional properties of PPI were investigated. In comparison with native peanut protein (NPP) which was extracted by ammonium sulfate, the PPI extracted by alkali dissolution and acid precipitation had a higher extent of denaturation. Arachin was affected more easily by the extraction process than conarachin and led to a noticeable decrease of thermal stability of PPI. PPI contained much lower sulfhydryl and disulfide bond contents than NPP. The analyses of intrinsic fluorescence spectra indicated a more compacted tertiary conformation of NPP than PPI. Extraction process influenced the functional properties of PPI, such as protein solubility, emulsifying activity index and foaming capacity. The relatively poor functional properties of PPI might be associated with protein denaturation/unfolding and subsequent protein aggregation.
Industrial relevance
Peanut is an important oilseed crop and a well-accepted food. After oil production through thermal treatment, the defatted peanut flour is the main byproduct, which possesses a large amount of proteins. However, due to the low extraction yield and poor functional properties of these proteins, they are not well utilised in industry till now. In this work, peanut proteins were extracted by two techniques. The results indicated that extraction technique could significantly modify the functional properties of peanut proteins.
